About

This is a utility-first mattress protector. The soybean fibre filling gives a lofty, cushioned feel while forming a barrier against dust and mites, keeping the mattress surface from staining or yellowing over time — which matters most for holiday lets, hotels and long-stay apartments.

The filling is held by quilted stitching that divides it into a fixed grid, so the loft does not migrate or clump with prolonged use. The shell is cotton knitted fabric, soft to the touch and open enough to let the mattress breathe.

The construction is fully fitted with an approximately 20 cm side wall that grips the mattress on all four sides and will not work loose. It meets Class A safety grade, the strictest level, and can be used directly against babies and sensitive skin. Fibre content is over 95%, suitable for all seasons and machine washable.

Care instructions

  • Wash: machine wash gentle cycle, max 30 °C
  • Bleach: do not bleach
  • Iron: low temperature or do not iron — heat flattens the quilting
  • Dry clean: dry cleanable
  • Machine wash below 30 °C with a mild detergent; a laundry bag is recommended
  • Dry flat and do not pull the quilted seams while the fabric is wet
  • Wash dark and light colours separately on the first cycle to avoid dye transfer
