Terms of sale

All quotations are subject to confirmation. Prices are FOB Shanghai or Ningbo and exclude duties, taxes and shipping insurance.

Minimum order is 100 sets per colourway and size. A 30% deposit is required to start production; the balance is payable against a copy of the bill of lading.

Colour and finish tolerances follow industry standards for dyed textiles. We supply a pre-production sample for approval before mass production; the approved sample defines the quality standard.

Claims for visible defects must be raised within 7 days of arrival at the destination port, with photographs. Claims for latent defects are accepted within 30 days.

Production times are quoted in good faith and exclude delays caused by force majeure, port congestion or customs inspection.
