Factory
What we handle in-house
Six things an importer asks before placing a first order — and where each one happens in our own workshop.
- 01
In-house stitching
Cutting, stitching, overlocking and packing all happen under one roof. We do not broker your order to a third-party workshop, so the person who cuts the fabric is the person who answers your email.
- 02
Fabric sourcing
Combed cotton, Tencel, satin and jacquard bought from mills we have worked with for years, so a repeat order lands on the same hand-feel as the first one.
- 03
Private label
Woven and printed labels, hangtags, polybags and cartons produced to your artwork. Artwork files are handled under NDA and returned on request.
- 04
Colour matching
Lab dips against your Pantone reference before bulk. Dye lots from one lot are kept together, so a single order ships as a single shade.
- 05
Mixed-carton packing
Assortment and carton plans built to your size ratio, barcoded and marked so cartons go straight from the container to your store racks.
- 06
Export documentation
Invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and test reports prepared for your customs broker, in the format your broker asks for.
Factory
Order flow and timing
Indicative durations for a 500-set order after sample approval. Actual dates are confirmed with the order acknowledgement.
- 017–10 days
Artwork and sample
Printed sample plus a lab dip against your Pantone reference; production starts only after both are signed off.
- 023–5 days
Material and cutting
Fabric booked, relaxed and cut to your size plan; every panel checked against the approved sample.
- 0310–18 days
Stitching and quilting
Sewing and quilting in one building, with inline checks while the batch is still open.
- 042–3 days
Final inspection
AQL inspection; photographed pieces and a measurement report before the carton plan is issued.
- 052–4 days
Packing and documentation
Cartons built to your size ratio; export documents prepared in your broker’s format.
Durations are working-day estimates and exclude the sample round trip. Peak season and customs inspection can add time; we tell you before it happens, not after.
Where we check, and what you receive
Inline inspection at cutting
Every panel checked against the approved sample, not sampled from the batch.
Inline inspection at sewing
Seams, overlock and quilting checked while the batch is still open, so defects are caught before the carton plan is written.
Photographic final report
Finished pieces photographed and a measurement sheet issued with every order.
Carton plan before loading
Assortment and carton marks confirmed with you before the container is sealed.
