Who we are
We are a bedding manufacturer in Nantong, Jiangsu, producing cotton, Tencel, satin and jacquard bedding sets, fitted mattress protectors and sheet sets for importers, retail brands and online sellers across Europe, North America and Australia.
What we do
Everything from fabric sourcing to finished bedding: fabric selection in your colourway, cutting, stitching, quality control, private-label packaging and export documentation. You receive retail-ready goods, not grey goods.
How we work
We answer enquiries within 24 hours with a quotation. After you approve a pre-production sample we run mass production with in-process inspection at cutting, stitching and packing, then a full final inspection with photographs before shipment.
Compliance
Finished bedding is tested to GB 18401 safety classes to European and North American retail requirements, and colour fastness is checked to ISO 105-C06. We supply test reports with every order on request — tell us which markets you need them for and we will send the relevant documents before you commit.
